 Coaching - What to expect

 All coaches new or returning will be asked to fill our the application, review the Code of Conduct, watch a Harassment video, pass a background check, and agree to expectations. Coaches will need to sign up for a US Lacrosse membership which the Windham Youth Lacrosse Organization will reimburse you for. 

A coaches clinic is typically held pre season to align on resources, schedules, conduct mandatory training, and prepare for the season. This is typically held in early to mid March.
